City Attorney
The City Attorney is the legal advisor to City Council, the City Manager, departments and appointed boards and commissions, providing representation regarding all legal matters that affect the City of North Myrtle Beach.

The City Clerk is responsible for the City Records along with performing various administrative tasks.

The City Manager is appointed by the City Council to carry out council policies and to serve as Chief Administrative Officer of the City.

The Public Information Officer serves as the primary spokesperson for the City of North Myrtle Beach.

Purchasing
Purchasing is responsible for Centralized Purchasing, contracting support to all City departments for supplies, miscellaneous services, professional services, construction projects, Materials and Facilities Maintenance, and Fleet Maintenance Division.

Risk Management is responsible for determining the types of risks that could affect the City of North Myrtle Beach’s employees and citizens safety, financial health and legal compliance.
