NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -- The City of North Myrtle Beach will conclude its seasonal short-term rental trash collection schedule this weekend, effective October 17, 2025.
Beginning next week, trash from short-term rental properties will be collected on each property’s regular scheduled pick-up day. Recycling services will also continue, but only on the designated regular pick-up day.
Property managers are encouraged to remind renters of their assigned trash and recycling collection days and times at check-in.
Residents and visitors are asked to keep all trash contained within approved receptacles and avoid placing bins where they block sidewalks or pedestrian access.
