NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -- In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the City of North Myrtle Beach is proud to announce that the North Myrtle Beach Park & Sports Complex is the home of the Lynn Lewis Foundation’s 17th Annual Pink October Games. This prestigious event, hosted by the Lynn Lewis Foundation, is more than just a flag football tournament—it is a celebration of resilience, unity, and hope in the fight against breast cancer.
The Pink October Games aim to bring together athletes, survivors, caregivers, and supporters from across the nation, with the goal of raising awareness and promoting action in the battle against this devastating disease. This year’s tournament will feature an incredible 80 women’s flag football teams, traveling from states including Texas, Ohio, Georgia, Alabama, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Delaware, Florida, and North Carolina, all united in a shared purpose.
North Myrtle Beach is deeply honored to serve as the host destination for this year’s event, as we embrace the opportunity to spread the message of hope and support to those who have been affected by breast cancer.
The Pink October Games will take place from Friday, October 18, through Sunday, October 20, at the North Myrtle Beach Park & Sports Complex. We invite everyone to come out and experience the excitement on the multipurpose fields. Beyond just a tournament, this event will showcase the strength, determination, and passion of the women competing, each playing with a deeper purpose: to raise awareness and inspire change.
By attending, visitors will not only witness top-tier athleticism but also stand in solidarity with the breast cancer community, showing support for survivors and those still battling. Join us in making a difference this October by cheering on these incredible teams and helping to spread the message of hope and resilience.
Welcome to the City of North Myrtle Beach!
