NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -- The City of North Myrtle Beach will open Parking Registration to Horry County Residents on Thursday, February 20, at 10 AM.
These parking permits are available on a first come, first served basis to Horry County Residents who do not live in or own property in the City of North Myrtle Beach. The cost is $200 per parking permit, and the permits are valid beginning March 1, 2025, and will expire after one year.
Registration is online ONLY. The City will not be accepting walk-in registration for Horry County Residents. Upon registering, the registrant’s license plate will be their digital permit.

Citizens that possess a handicap placard or plate are allowed to park in any parking spot, at no charge. Therefore, a Digital Parking Permit is not necessary.
