NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -- The North Myrtle Beach City Council met in a regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, April 7, at 6 PM at City Hall.
There were four items on the Consent agenda:
A. MOTION TO APPROVE: Anderson Estep Memorial Surfing Competition on May 4, 2025 (APPROVED)
B. MOTION TO APPROVE: Wheel to Surf on June 7, 2025 (APPROVED)
C. MOTION TO APPROVE: NMB Ocean Rescue Junior Lifeguard Camp, June 17, 2025-August 14, 2025 (APPROVED)
D. MOTION TO APPROVE: Pink Ribbon Run on September 27, 2025 (APPROVED)
There were five items on the Unfinished Business portion of the agenda:
A. ORDINANCE/SECOND READING: Amendment to the Bahama Island Planned Development District (PDD) revising Phase Two (APPROVED)
B. ORDINANCE/SECOND READING: Amended and Restated Development Agreement associated with Bahama Island Phase Two, and to authorize the Interim City Manager to sign the document on behalf of the City (APPROVED)
C. ORDINANCE/SECOND READING: Amendment to the Parkway Group Planned Development District (PDD) revising The Preserve (APPROVED)
