NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -- The North Myrtle Beach City Council met in a regularly scheduled meeting on January 8, 2024, at 7 p.m.
Prior to the regularly scheduled meeting, council members held an Executive Session to discuss the following items. No votes were taken.
- A discussion regarding potential property acquisitions
- A discussion regarding a potential amendment to the lease agreement between the City of North Myrtle Beach and Apex Wake Park, LLC concerning the Shark Wake Park
- A discussion regarding the potential sale of City property off 6th Avenue South
During the regularly scheduled meeting, Council Members approved the following minutes:

The city manager provided a report regarding the Barefoot Swing Bridge.
Two unfinished business items were also approved.

- ORDINANCE/SECOND READING: Petition for Annexation and Zoning Designation for ±1.71 acres on Little River Neck Road (PASSED)
